Second, that protein estimate is way off. Protein varies for each person depending on body composition, activity, lifestyle, health, and age. You really can’t simply narrow it to that little window.
Third, yes, a Vegan diet can be good for some people. But it is not good for everyone. So do research outside of shitty, hypocritical, shameful organizations like PETA before you make a decision like changing your diet.
